The Park City Grand Plaza Kensington Hotel London

We had a wonderful stay at our hotel in Kensington. The location was perfect, with a large grocery store nearby and easy access to Gloucester Road tube station, making it a breeze to explore central London. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, although the hot food could have been a little warmer. we had a great experience.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the key to the Veranda couldn't be left with us for security reasons, which seemed a bit odd.

The room at Park City Grand Plaza Kensington was surprisingly spacious with a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom had a fantastic rain shower and was well-stocked with toiletries. The location was ideal, close to the Royal Albert Hall and in a pleasant, affluent area.

The hotel offered free wifi throughout the entire hotel, a huge bonus for me. The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained, making me feel comfortable. the hotel was conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of two tube stations, making it easy for me to explore the city.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly, causing the room to become uncomfortably warm.

The hotel is conveniently located near a Sainsbury's supermarket, making it easy to pick up any essentials. It is also close to the tube station, providing easy and affordable transportation to the airport. Additionally, it is not far from Gloucester Road tube station, allowing for convenient access to explore the city.

One downside is that the pretty garden shown on the website is currently under construction and not accessible.

We loved the spacious triple room with big windows, bringing in lots of natural light. The comfortable beds and excellent facilities made our stay enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful and arranged taxis for us when needed. The location was fantastic, with a short 5-minute walk to Earls Court tube station, making it easy to explore all of London's sights. Leaving our bags until our flight and getting a taxi booked for us was a great convenience.

I loved my stay here! The hotel is located on a quiet neighborhood in a very posh area. The staff, from the doorman to the Hotel manager Tina, was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, and it had all the amenities I needed, including wi-fi, air conditioning, television. The bed was comfortable, and the linen was gleaming white. I also enjoyed the terrace which had lovely garden furniture.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel with great service and amenities.
